The people and the culture. I absolutely love working here and feel phenomenal coming to work every day!

Cons

I really can't think of any because every day is a different day. If i had to pick something then it would be to have more time in the day.

Management: Philosophy centered on internal growth and professional development. Trust: I trust and respect the people I work with on a daily basis. Organization: I believe in our mission and our brands. Truly, a student-centric organization. Leadership: The leadership in the organization works hard and has open door policies.

Cons

Tuition Reimbursement is quite low for the industry. There is a high turnover for several departments.

Pros

I have worked at WCU for less than a year and it is the best job that I ever had! The people are nice and very student centric. They care about the employees and treat us well.

Cons

To be honest, there was quite a lot of turnover. Almost my entire department is news. It turned out to be a good thing though and we currently have a strong and united team!
