Pros
Working with students was the most rewarding part because they very polite and mature. They have the latest software which made work easier.
Cons
Terrible management. Most directors have been there for too long and never learned their job properly. Tuition for students is outrageous $130,000.00, for a bsn I felt like a crook charging these fees. Lastly, employees are only out for themselves and don't care about the students,only wanting to do as little as possible.
