      Management is supportive, respectful, and professional. You are almost treated as a friend/family while maintaining a professional atmosphere. This is an organization where a VP would have no problem talking to someone in the lower ranks. Compensated properly if you work hard and show results.

      Cons

      Flat hierarchy structure and small management teams at satellite facilities create limited career advancement opportunities.
