Pros

Compensation when they don’t alter your commissions for stupid reasons!

Cons

Upper management does not care about the person. They tout retention but it never applies to the sales team. They have an unwritten cycle. Work 3 yrs then give you crap leads and bring in new dc’s. Sales managers do not take “coaching plans” seriously. Just a way to cycle you out.

Pros

Compensation is real if you are willing to to work for it and fight to keep it.

Cons

It’s a bit of a grind and the company could do a much better job of being transparent about commission deductions, or at least the ability to communicate discrepancies in pay.

Work life balance was great for anyone not installing
