      Paid holidays, bonuses for exceptional performance, good work-life balance, smart coworkers, effective fully remote culture, flexible staffing

      Cons

      Instability of contracts and unpredictability of when projects start can lead to gaps in coverage that impact income. Individual employees must advocate for themselves, make connections, and find project work.
