      Pros

      Well respected agency with high ideals, intelligent colleages, challenging work, good professional development, great benefits

      Cons

      My program was not well-managed and suffered from low morale, but they are taking steps to correct that. Somewhat bureaucratic so it can be hard to enact meaningful change, although they do make an effort to identify and enact areas for improvement.

      Pros

      Very interesting projects and people of all backgrounds. Great location, semi close to BART

      Cons

      No focus on research: no push to present, or attend conferences; use old technology to run analysis; managers follow the money and not their passion The majority of people do not want to take the time and teach you their skills. No room for growth, and it feels like you are on your own-everyone is out for themselves. No culture at all.

      Pros

      Great benefits, interesting projects with great potential.

      Cons

      Leaders who do not lead, inaccurate systems and inconsistent reviews. Silos of popularity. Management is very clear there is little room for advancement beyond pay grade without rare endorsement.
