      Mission, benefits and friendly environment in most departments (other than ASDS, as noted in other reviews)

      Cons

      If you are hired to work in the ASDS department...RUN! Do not work for ASDS. By far, the worst work environment I have ever experienced. The ASDS department is a nightmare. Cold, unfriendly and unprofessional managers. Scope of work is not in-line with original job description. Original write-up "Hell on Earth" is dead on!

      * Fantastic, collaborative teams * Thoughtful, kind, smart coworkers * Remote

      Cons

      * Mass layoffs and uncertainty of which roles will be cut next * No transparency about how staff reductions are being made * No input from the people managers on how to thoughtfully reduce staff or reorganize staff into new roles * Not equitable in pay structure * Absolutely no room for advancement in the infrastructure departments * Have made massive cuts to time off and health benefits
