      Great Company but difficult to grow

      Pros

      This is a great company. My team was amazing and were very patient. The work schedule was very flexible and I was able to learn new skills.

      Cons

      If you are in school they don't pay for schooling even though they are an education research company. It's also hard to get a promotion or move up.

      No Process for Improvment

      Pros

      It's a non profit with a great mission in education.

      Cons

      I worked there in 2016, but it's not letting me choose that year. There are some great people working there, but they did not have any processes for improvement. They let a manager only communicate with HR, without giving any direction on what needs to be improved. After which I was let go without knowing exactly why. My manager never even spoke to me to give me feedback.
