      Collaborative culture where all opinions and ideas are valued. Great opportunities to work with school districts or external clients.

      Cons

      Restructured recently and still working on fleshing this out. Sometimes unsure if clients implemented feedback.

      Good pay and benefits, overall good mission

      Cons

      *staff are often overworked *poor staff are promoted or found work while excellent staff are left to fend for themselves and scramble to find work when projects end *HR is useless when issues arise *questionable financial practices by managers with no actual business or financial education *whistleblowers are kept from getting promotions while obedient ones get the jobs *little room for growth *siloed programs *recent restructuring basically demoted managers and directors *pretend to be DEI focused yet not in practice
