      Great Benefits but Lacks Leadership

      Pros

      The benefits and pay are competitive. The pension plan is the best I have ever seen. Friendly work environment. Professional and hard-working staff.

      Cons

      It seems to me that most projects and programs have little guidance and support in terms of vision. The Project Managers are too busy actually doing the work to focus on the staff and developing internally. Little to no upward mobility (outside of pay raise promotions).

      Pros

      Great working environment, such strong supportive supervisors and really fostered the possibility to grow as an employee.

      Cons

      At times the phase of projects was slower then I would have preferred. Often this was due to slow moving decisions by leadership.

      Great people to work with, nice variety of projects as an RA to work on

      Cons

      Not a lot of career growth or training opportunities for lower level employees, and only PD for management level employees that doesn't always seem to provide management with necessary skills
