Great benefits/vacation time, excellent employees (everyone is really friendly, highly educated & the drama/gossip free), great mission/motto, lots of room to move around within the company, though almost 700 employees, it feels like a small mom n pop company at times. I would highly recommend this company.

Cons

Like every company, there are politics, a few bad seeds, and some of the program/methods/systems used were old school. The pay was mediocre.
