Pros

Collegial atmosphere, good communication, positive, supportive atmosphere. Great mission -- education, excellent working conditions, good-natured and very intelligent people.

Cons

New legislation provides sick leave for temps, but prior to July 1, 2015, there were no benefits for temps and overtime to make up for lost time wasn't allowed.

Amazing benefits - they mean it when they say they put the profits back into the company. 4 weeks vacation to start, heavily subsidized medical. Great matching for TIAA-CREF

Cons

Endlessly having to defend standardized testing and the education industry to people at parties.
