Great if you want venture to explore what bad mental health and brain rotting feels like.

Cons

Early career folks. Don't waste your time here. Toxic work environment. How will leadership show you support for your professional advancement and projects? You will hear the surface level verbal support but no action what so ever. On top of that senior coworkers shows microaggression day to day until you just give in and shutdown. Racist remarks were normal here as well. Complacency is an everyday habit here. Ideas are not welcome especially to senior coworkers due to their own fear of looking overshadowed towards leadership.
