Terrible health care, safety is only a concern on paper, very hard work, very hot, people talk about colleagues to gain favors, favoritism. To HR in house and when you call HR, you have to go to the office to get HR Number and when you call you will never speak with anyone bc they don’t answer nor call back. The union is only collecting dues and honestly they pay less than any other company in the area

Highly whitish people which will make non white peoples life miserable. Some of the groups are very good but the people who worked at fiber teams are extremely racist and do policing against others. They will take a very simple thing to the manager level without telling this to the person who may have done it for the very first time. They also consider themselves superior to other even though they are a far lower position and really doesn’t care about others opinion.
