Too many boses, supervisors, team leaders, it never ends. And they just want to talk to you to correct something wrong no matter if someone else told you how to do it in first place. Constantly listening the calls so be prepared to work with someone behind you even is not physically there at your house but it feels the same way. On top of that the respondents are so rude, they do not take in consideration all the stress they put the phone interviewers, that is why there are always training new employees. Take forever to get a raise and they look for the most stupid thing you did in just one call not to increase you salary by cents. After a year I was ready to quit.

Mindless work, very little room for upward mobility, hire less than capable talent.
