Pros
You are afforded the opportunity to work from home. You have an awesome support staff available to help you whether your problem is technical or otherwise. If you have to take time off for any reason such as illness or whatever, you are not chastised for doing so.
Cons
When you work from home you often lose the commradery you enjoy working alongside other employees. The pay for at home workers doesnt necessarily compare to what you can make at other companies that offer the same sort of position. Also, the more responsibility you are given doesnt mean you will receive a pay raise.
