      Flexible schedules, and flexible for working moms.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, lots of turnover there is also no true way to grow within the company. Poor recruitment strategies, I was hired as a research study manager and that was the equivalent to a research associate within the company had I known I would have never taken the position. I have a masters degree, a doctoral candidate, and years of public health leadership experience and all I did was take notes.
