Many career pathways, hardworking employees, helpful managers, good compensation.

Cons

You will be expected to follow all Executive Orders, as most contracts are with the federal government. Currently the culture is very anti-LGBT, anti-equity. All employee resource groups were shuttered, no pronouns are allowed to be used in email signatures or meetings. Any reports that mention LGBT people or even sex or racial equity have been scrubbed from their website and disavowed by the company. If you love Trump, you will love working here.

I have never had a better staff manager than when I worked at Westat. She was understanding, helpful and actually seemed to care about her employees.

Cons

Some of the more seasoned employees were hesitant to changes within certain processes making my job harder to implement.
