Pros

Casual Environment Work/Life Balance (No one puts in extra work. Managers know there is no way to complete your workload, even with extra work, so no one tries)

Cons

Poor culture. Everyone at the company has been there awhile and seems to hate their job. HR is the most worthless department in the company and will do nothing to employee life. No opportunity for advancement Benefits are awful (High cost health insurance for awful plans, no 401K matching, etc) New CEO (Matt Brady) seems to be taking advice from CFO (Tom M. ) who wants nothing more than to sell the company.

Pros

Great People to work with. Work conditions are fun, fast paced

Cons

I dealt with many issues on products where we would work on components for weeks, only to find out that the design had been changed and no one notified us. Lots of wasted effort. No direction from management. The ineptness of management is what killed the ClearLink product.

Pros

At the Dublin branch, we have an excellent culture that is hard to find elsewhere. It's a small office with around 20 employees, and it feels like a tight-knit family. We have an old-school video game emulator set up in the break room, beer in the fridge, and hours are very flexible. My direct manager is excellent, both as a manager and just as a person.

Cons

The company is bleeding money, and has been going through rounds of reductions. I don't know how long it will be around. I really hope we bounce back, but we have less than a skeleton crew now and I don't know that we'll have the capability to do so. Pay is way below market, and they've already started retreating on our benefits, so we don't expect any raises any time soon.
