The executive level has completely lost their way and doesn't acknowledge or appreciate their employees. If you are familiar with Harry Potter, then my reference to the 'dementor's kiss' will give you a pretty good idea of what the company was like to work for. The HR representation at this company is absolutely tragic. Regardless of the issue, little to no remorse was ever shown to the employees which is the sole purpose for their employment which was always completely ironic to me. In my opinion, employees give the best part of themselves to their employers. They leave their families and spend more time there during the day then is actually spent with their loved ones. To come to work each day and feel inadequate or underappreciated when you know you are giving it everything you have makes for a long and miserable day. This company has forgotten the core values of employee/employer relationships and has turned into a machine that is just trying to increase its stock ratings.
