Free parking and coffee. A clean restroom too!

Cons

No documentation. Work instructions, theory of operation, and other references are not luxuries but are necessities. Inadequate training, and withholding of key software tweaks, make it difficult to produce.Technicians should no be expected to sit on their hands, waiting for someone who is not around to massage application and linux code. This should be well documented and shared. Technicians tend to go down a "troubleshooting bunny trail" because of these reasons.
