Great company to work for

Pros

I work with a very solid and supportive team. I'm not micro-managed, I'm handed tasked and allowed to get the work done. When I need support/help it is available to me. I also enjoy little perks like a variety of coffee, snacks (including fresh fruit), access to the gym in the next building over and a positive work environment.

Cons

There are people who like to gossip, I just stay away from it. Not my business, not my problem.

Pros

They offered good benefits, good hours, good fellow employees to work with. They treated the employees well. They offered the employees that were terminated a good severance package.

Cons

The company got bought out by another bank and a lot of employees did not make the acquisition. I was a part of this large layoff. They did offer a good severance package.
