Pros

A lot of opportunity if you are white and want to succeed go there.

Cons

Only if you are white, you will succeed even if you have 1.5/4.0 GPA. I'm working with them and they sent training and everything to me nobody even looking my application for training and PSLF because I'm from Africa. They changed the policy technically we suppose work one a day a week from office but they'll force to work 3 days a week from office.
