Pros

I cant think of any as its a Federal job with no accountability, no efficiency, and a huge waste of taxpayers and rate payers money. A job for someone who wants to retire and do nothing.

Cons

Horrible management with lots of turnover and no accountability. They ask to answer surveys and yet never change or offer to change their approach.

Pros

Flexible employment, many opportunities to learn as an engineer. Family-friendly workplace. Lots of vacation and sick time available to earn and use.

Cons

Terrible 1st level supervisors. Low pay. Government rules and regulations actually prevent this place from being cost-effective.
