Laid back environment Gives chances?

Cons

Everything. Will force you to break DOT and OSHA safety. Won't give you enough work to meet minimum survival basic needs. Puts women in dangerous situations where rape could be common and happened. Victim blames. Management is childish and will blame you for their mistakes. Company repair and maintenance will take more than 24hrs to respond to simple requests or repairs. Just bad.

Been waiting for over a month on a truck so that I can work and earn money, I quit my job and am pretty much unemployed at the moment. Same goes with lots of team drivers that are waiting for a partner. Dispatchers definitely want to take advantage of you, has multiple trainers tell me this.
