Pros

Ton of parks and benefits. Special cafeteria with amazing food for employees. They bring in a trainer that teaches multiple of types of exercise classes during lunch breaks very fitness oriented state of the art gym, sauna and steam room available to all employees. They have kegs of green beer on St. Patrick’s Day, mimosas on New Year’s Day etc. they throw a huge fancy Christmas ball every year, With a with an open bar. You will work all of the Red Letter holidays because it’s a trucking company, and the trucks must stay running! But they reward you for your hard work…You work hard and you play harder

Cons

Not a job for people who don’t have ambition and drive; if you were hungry and go for that money, you will get it. People who complete their given tasks and then don’t take the initiative to move on to something on their own - the ones who wait until their boss gives them another task - nay not be a good fit. You definitely get out of the job, what you put into it
