Pros

These pros are based off my personal experience with my DM. My DM is Daniel at the Bethlehem terminal. . Keeps me running . Gets me home on time or when I need . If you do 5 loads or 1,800 miles it's automatic $800. . Good for experience and 2nd chances.

Cons

. Night Dm's are pretty useless. They're never able to resolve anything and take hours to respond. . Break down is horrible. They take forever to answer. You might have to wait hours. . Break down pay is very low . Unless you do 5 loads or 1800 miles you'll end up with a baby check Payroll is always messing up your check and take week or even months to resolve.
