Pros

In Joe Alvarez I have the best I've had in 22 years of driving. He really "gets" his job. I get all the miles I need while he anticipates problems and corrects them before they affect me or the customer. I'd almost say he walks on water. If he could get nose mirrors installed on my truck he wouldn't get the bottom of his feet wet. As long as he's my dispatcher I'm not going anywhere.

Cons

Autoshift transmission but manual control has been disabled. Makes mountain driving much more difficult. Lack of nose mirrors makes me half blind. Bunk mattress sucks in the three trucks I've had.
