terminal located in a nice city, The female dispatcher there was really nice and seemed to be very good at her job.

Cons

My dispatcher was not good, load planner was worse , freight base is slow, hard to communicate with anyone after business hours. sat on a Walmart load for 3 days waiting for it to get approved to be dropped. Dispatchers don't respect hometime regardless of how long you have stayed out. Seem to have more drivers than freight. was told the company drivers are favored for loads over the owner ops. the "load board" they say you get to pick your loads off of is a joke. was asked to run a load that was about 400 miles that would have paid just for my fuel so I could get to a location to get a better load. Craigslist ad says you can gross 4500 to 6000, that's not true at all.
