      Pros

      Private, family owner business that isn't afraid to promote from within. If you are a strong employee they will move mountains to take care of you, and because of the fact that they are privately owned, they can.

      Cons

      Desperately in need of on-boarding training and inter department communication policies and procedures. The company has gotten too big to continue to ignore these things, and it can get frustrating.

      Nice trucks that's it they are not a good company

      Got 3 dispatchers in 3 weeks got fired when I was home with a 3rd degree burn that got a infection in it
