Pros

If you are just starting out this can be a good stepping stone company to work for. If you have a second seat and run teams it can also work well but they don't always have the freight to keep you rolling consistently as a team.

Cons

The night and weekend Dispatch was hit or miss, mostly miss. At times there is too much sitting but freight fluctuates. Getting home on time can be a challenge but I think that is true for many companies. It is large so don't expect one on one support all of the time.

Pros

Automatic trucks. No other pros that I can think of.

Cons

I chose to do the lease option. I have worked for them for 5 weeks and the truck has been in the shop 3times. And I am just sitting still for days with out any money or anything. I should not be having these problems this early out. No on answers the phone and when they do theyarecomplely rude!!!! Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!!! I hate that I took this job.i thought swift was bad this place is awful. Very disappointed !!!!!!! Faulty trucks and trailers
