      Pros

      Honestly don't have any pros to report at this time unless you consider acquiring survival skills and no pay as a pro.

      Cons

      Absolutely no communication, cares less about employees well being. Was left without hotel or taxi in N.Y. for 3 days due to truck in shop. Breakdown never put me in hotel. Makes you miss home time so you miss Dr apps. Left me stuck with fuel card inactive for 3 days in 90 degree heat. No one could get it turned on. Get a message from western next day saying be sure to idle your truck to stay cool to its employees probably due to a heat related accident because they stress their fuel usage everyday because of idling truck. This place is a nightmare.

      Pros

      Availability to work nights & weekend to support my son for his MBA degree & future degrees as a Nuclear medicine at Vanderbilt.

      Cons

      There are no cons for a company to employ you to support family to achieve goals. Salary needs to match my years in management.

      Nothing positive or moral to add about the company or equipment the company has, worst company by far I have ever worked for

      Cons

      They lie to you to get you there, they didn't pay me right the whole time, I had to fight to go home every time and had to just go home myself because they weren't going to let me go home, they don't care for their trucks or trailers
