      Quick work environment and talking with new personalities every minute.

      Cons

      Had do deal with unhappy and unethical individuals. Company transparency on commissions was not know to employees. Not a very positive work environment.

      Pros

      In 3 months you can get a raise by becoming a trainer.

      Cons

      Don't let the trainer's work you cause the pay period as a trainee is lower than they say. Make sure you get a trainer that has experience and no dogs.
