Pros

Basically my mind is wandering because I've been with this company for year I would think of all kind of things to say about this company but for me to sit here and say something good at this moment in time it would be a lie

Cons

Western Express says you will make $40,000 a year, if you are hauling the short runs there's no way you will make that kind of money you will kill yourself trying and Western Express do not care if you do that. This is one of the lowest pad company and the industrial truck driving

Pros

They're quick with new fuel solution requests. I'll give you that. 15-30 mins tops.

Cons

But, if you have to message dispatch for a pick up or delivery number because they gave you the wrong one or didn't give you one at all, you might have to wait 5 hrs just for a message back saying that they're just now going to ask CSR for it. Then you gotta wait 5 more hours only for them to message you back again saying to try the BOL number they gave you in the load assignment, which you probably already had the good sense to do and is why you are messaging them in the first place. After you've just about finished your 10hr waiting for the right number, they finally message it to you. Then who knows how long that live load/unload will take on top of that? Then, before you are ready to drive anywhere, you gotta get some sleep if you didn't manage to because you stayed up all that time staring at the damn Qualcomm. Same issue trying to get a lumper advance. You'll be the last truck on the yard stuck in a door for hours after a green light waiting for western to send you an advance to pay the lumpers.
