Pros

Will help you get back on road after being off for several years. Had an ok training program for new drivers . I have one of the best driver managers I could ask for. She try to keep me moving as best she can and doesn't like letting her drivers sit waiting for loads.

Cons

Low pay, automated transmissions, don't really care about driver home time. If they get you home late they still expect you to leave out when you originally said you would be ready rather then allow you to stay home for the extra day or 2 that should be granted when getting you hone a day or 2 late.
