Pros

They talk nice, recruitment makes money by how many inexperienced drivers they hire. So they will pull an Obama on you.

Cons

Once you are with them, its all by their rules, of course they want to make the most money out off you. Lease a truck for 930 a week or work for 32 cents a mile, for one year contract to pay them back for 10 day training, but if you need a truck they will let you have it, then you can roll it or just walk out or they keep you in it like its your home. With no address....

Pros

It is a good place for someone just starting out in the industry. Just get your experience but not get your hopes up.

Cons

This company has a lot of potential but they lack the vision to take its company to the next level. They sacrifice there front line workers (Driver ), but it seems to not make a profit. Lack the communication skills to interact .

Pros

The only pro i would say is if your trying to acquire your cdl

Cons

i asked with 3 years of driving experience behind me the recruiter seemed real nice, they paid for my way to Tennessee for orientation with grayhound "fyi drive yourself grayhound through eastern US is a horrible experience" I was told i was going through a week of orientation then I'd get in a truck, not what happened i got a drive test by a guy who acted like i killed his dog and after driving just fine and backing just fine he said i was speeding and needed 8 weeks training for $400 before taxes "ok I'll just sell my house real quick and give my wife and 4 kids a box to stay in" 3 years behind me, well when i said i can't do that they said "bye find your own way back home" i was 3 states away from home. Real €*** move on there part
