      Enjoyed the job & working with the people (truckers) I hired & interviewed.

      Cons

      Some goals are unrealistic considering the amount of hires each recruiter should obtain each month & the number of recruiters vs potential hires.

      None - don't work here. You'll just be the next loser. Slick web site but once you are in they keep your money

      Cons

      They cheat you on your paycheck and refuse to provide any records. Multiple times there was no pay advice as required by law. They gave false information to perspective employers. It was a very bad experience. Sick and stranded in a rest area 700 miles from home and Western Express did not provide any help. The dispatcher cursed me. It was awful. I only gave one star because zero stars was not an option.
