Pros

I can't think of anything. Some good coworkers, just trying to fly under the radar to avoid harassment. Decent insurance. That's all that comes to mind.

Cons

Low pay, constant racist & sexist remarks, owner screaming at everyone. It's a nightmare. Say whatever to get drivers here, only for them to be kept sitting for a week or more. Nasty, bug ridden motel, crappy food, and no pay for orientation.

free rider policy, pet policy, decent pay if starting out, decent miles

Cons

Communication between DMs and drivers could be a lot better, getting to a shop/terminal could be easier
