Private, family owner business that isn't afraid to promote from within. If you are a strong employee they will move mountains to take care of you, and because of the fact that they are privately owned, they can.

Cons

Desperately in need of on-boarding training and inter department communication policies and procedures. The company has gotten too big to continue to ignore these things, and it can get frustrating.
