There is nothing good about this company

Cons

They like talking down to black people specially with chicken and watermelon jokes. They have no respect for you as a person driver or even making money for there pay checks. There is no future here because they dont pay well or barely at all. You are driving thousands of miles only to have majority of the money taken to feed everyone not driving in the offices pay checks. While they talk and treat you like they dont need you. If you can go somewhere else, please do. You will regret coming here!

I love that Western breakdown service is 24hrs everyday of the week. I call breakdown and they are there in mins. The service is so great that I don’t even have to deal with the ppl they send if I don’t want or have to. My last breakdown was a trailer tire blow out. I called and the guy was there in minutes. When he got to me he went straight for the tire repaired it and told me I was good to go. That was it. No signing of no papers or anything. I was out of there and back to making money

I found out about Western through the founder of a website called TruckerTruth. From Instructors to the office staff is simply tremendous. There is an intense focus on safety with high expectations but the company is an enjoyable and rewarding place to work for. -Strong support system -Great pay and miles -New Trucks and equipment -Diverse Community - Very Professional

Cons

There's no reefer division. Only Dryvan and flatbed.
