They truly put their residents first, which is what gives this place such a good reputation in the community. When i tell people i work here, they only ever have good things to say

Not all the time but sometimes, as an employee, it seems some department get lost in the shuffle more than others by managment

Great Residents and Opportunity to Serve. Great people all around. Get to know your team and make them your family.

Cons

It is a challenging organization that doesn't make changes until they are desperate even if they see problems coming for months in advance. The main office personnel can be very difficult to work with.
