      Pros

      Feels great to be an intricate part of providing opportunities to better my fellow community members. The prestige of telling people you work at the college.

      Cons

      Because of Obama care I'm only allowed 25 hrs a week,no insurance,no retirement options, work day only consists of 4 hrs a day also split shifts
