Pros

Strong company with solid leadership and excellent team. Excellent opportunities with the David J Joseph Company and Nucor Steel. I've been with Western Metals for almost 11 years and have every intention of finishing my career within the family of companies.

Cons

I honestly have nothing negative to say about Western Metals Recycling.

This is a great company(The David J Joseph Company EST. 1885) held by Nucor Steel, the largest steel maker in the United States. We help build America. We have the autonomy to make a difference in our great organization. Also, we have the power to make our company the safest in the business.

Cons

None! We can always improve, and we do!
