Pros
I learned a lot during my time there; it made me realize that teaching might not be my end-goal in life. I was also satisfied with the learning facilities--the library is an awesome resource. I also availed of the services offered by the student health center while I was working so that worked out well for me.
Cons
Too much time was spent on grading stuff that students don't bother to read anyway. It was frustrating; I felt I did not help my students with their difficulty at all. "New methods" of teaching that were prescribed by supervisors left me wondering if I was helping my students cope with their own confusion. Blah experience for me.
