Pros

Some of the people you work with will be the best Very high salary for Colorado and nation Benefits

Cons

Constant layoffs Company strategy changes like the wind (5 year plans never last more than a year) Lots of complacent people (handcuffed to the Titanic, don't care about their jobs or company) Work-life varies by department and even team (from 24/7 to flexible / remote) Some senior management lives in another world CEO is a great person but not fit to lead company in today's cut throat business world

Pros

Direct access to executive leadership who pressure you to work 24/7 like they do, knowing you get a fraction of their pay. Trauma bonding with coworkers for life long friendships. Working under pressure, and pressure makes diamonds. Having examples of thriving in a toxic environment for future interviews. Global impact and potential for change, although potential does not mean outcomes.

Cons

The company has a history of being left in the past and missing out on opportunities. History is only repeating itself yet again. Long hours, last minute request, no true direction. Time wasted on slides no one looks at. Leadership is clueless and grasping at straws to make it. They do not support career growth only finger pointing and hiring new executives to yell at then layoff. No in office perks, not even milk for the coffee. Many of their HR practices I find unethical especially when it comes to those with disabilities, injuries, diversity and/or pregnancy. They are far from compliant or accessible on their products and marketing but no one seems to care. They have no idea what they are doing and everyone is moving out of panic. Its a slowly sinking ship. They also have a history of retaliation against hostile and toxic work environments. You're better off not saying anything and just looking for another job. Any contact with HR can lead to layoffs of entire teams even when you are not at fault.
