Pros

Corporate headquarters is conveniently located for commuting purposes if you have a family and don't have need to live in downtown Denver. Other than that, there's not a whole lot of positives.

Cons

Lack of innovation means that the Western Union is just holding onto its market share in a business that will soon disappear. The vast majority people who use Western Union services are poor people, immigrants, citizens of developing countries, etc. With more countries getting better internet service, improved online banking, crack down on terrorism/money laundering/drug trafficking/sex trafficking usage of cash wiring, Western Union is the major player in a massive but dying business.
