Pros

Cons

No much promotion, after some time understand that your working routine is very limited in skills. Could pay more in comparison with American salaries.

Thank you for being with Western Union for 5+ years! We are happy to see that you've listed many pros, like leadership and working with your co-workers. However, we are saddened to hear of your negative experience with career growth and management. We strive to allocate resources and promotions equally, based on contribution, skills, and experience. Leadership development is also an ongoing priority here so our managers can lead, support, and coach our global teams. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us.
