Pros

Great, dynamic Leadership that's totally connected with employees. Management consistently makes the effort to go the extra mile recognizing and encouraging employees at all levels and creating "extras" like a health and wellness fair. There are a lot of just plain good people - smart, hardworking individuals who genuinely care about each other.

Cons

Somewhat limited opportunities for growth unless you are willing to move to global headquarters in Denver (brrr...). Also, there's a tremendous amount of work involved and a bit of a workaholic culture.

Pros

Overall, a positive and supportive atmosphere. Culture diversity is the company's best asset. The company has a very generous charity (WU Foundation) that matches, doubles, and sometimes triples employee's contributions to fund a variety of causes. Tuition assistance is offered to employees and their children.

Cons

Excessive outsourcing. If the company can find a way to outsource your position to save money, it will. For many positions, compensation is below or barely in the low end of the range specified by HR.
