Pros

Fake it til you make it will work wonders if you are up to the beat down.

Cons

Everyone looks the same. Everyone acts the same. If you are anything other than how they look or act you will automatically be on alert. It's 2023 people get with the times. Scroll through the meet the teams page and you will see what I'm talking about. Pay can be better. They expect you to work miracles as they expand and scale to compete with the big dogs. They reward you for positive reviews and pat you on the head for a job well done once it's over. Then they throw the bone while you go fetch it as they sit back and reap the rewards.

Good but benefits NEED improvement

Pros

Has amazing support for managers! I feel very heard and cared for. My opinion feels like it matters

Cons

The healthcare benefits are horrid. It’s expensive and still hardly covers anything, united also is not the best. They need to up their benefits game as this would be one of the biggest reasons that I would go looking for another job despite really liking the company itself. Good benefits are SOOO important and underrated.

Room for Improvement

Pros

Several of the teams are great to work with, but working here can be isolating if you aren’t part of the “in” crowd.

Cons

Very rigid policies that restrict growth and ability to do your best (seems odd but it’s how they operate). Management is very disconnected from the people that work under them. Growth of the company is the focus, but growth of their people is entirely overlooked. Easier for them to hire over you than promote internally. With industry growth being the focus, acquired clinics are lost in the shuffle and clinic teams struggle under new ownership. Benefits are horrible compared to other companies.
