Not working for them anymore. They are a joke, finding somewhere where they care about their staff is a blessing because all they care about is the buck.

Cons

Loyalty is not their agenda, everyoneis replaceable. Lies lies lies from the start. They ruin private practice with their lies of saying they are do better and nothing will change. All lies. Hiring people for more pay over people who were there for ions. Taking away benefits and lying to staff saying it will all be the same. Lies!!

Started using ADP and had more holidays off.

Cons

Lack of leadership. Also, no direct answers from management. Often you would ask a question to a higher up to either never get an answer or, get a different answer from another manager. Allows staff to be abused and understaffed for months (if not more).

Individual clinics keep most of their own culture, Western doesn't dictate the medicine

Cons

Company acquired so many clinics so fast they couldn't adequately support them all.
